Controlled request statuses

Received means the request was accepted by the intake endpoint. Under validation means information is being reviewed. Accepted means the request has entered its applicable service process. In process identifies active work. Completed means the applicable output has been finalized. Superseded identifies a document or record replaced by a later controlled version.
