Facility Registration

Annual registration establishes an administrative record and authorized contact for an electrical or computational-load facility. DEOB also provides independent inspection testing, SSCI analysis, and infrastructure data services under separate engagements.

What registration establishes

Registration creates an administrative record using information supplied by the registrant. The record is intended to identify the facility, stated electrical demand, serving utility, and operating status for recordkeeping purposes.

Information to prepare

  • Facility name and legal entity or operator, if applicable
  • Contact email for notices about the record
  • Stated electrical demand or load, in megawatts where known
  • Serving utility and current operating status, if known

What registration does not include

Registration is not an inspection, engineering opinion, equipment test, certification, utility interconnection approval, or regulatory filing. Those matters require their own processes where applicable.
