Accessibility features
The site uses semantic headings and navigation, keyboard-visible focus states, a skip-to-content link, descriptive form labels, status messages that can be announced by assistive technology, responsive layouts, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Forms and technical material
Forms identify required fields and provide plain-language instructions. Technical pages use headings, tables, lists, and explanatory text to organize specialized material. Where a visual is used to explain a technical concept, the surrounding text states the purpose of the visual.
If you encounter a barrier
If a page, document, form, or technical explanation is difficult to use, contact DEOB and identify the page and the problem if possible. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an accessibility request.
Implementation note
This page describes the current site implementation. It is not a certification of compliance with a particular accessibility standard.
