ABOUT DEOB
Our Mission
Complex Infrastructure. One Point of Contact.
DEOB exists to simplify the coordination of technical work across electrical and computational infrastructure. We help facility operators define assignments, identify appropriate specialists, organize examinations, and maintain a clear record of scope, findings, and next steps.
Our role
Complex facilities rely on multiple disciplines and service providers. When an assignment crosses organizational or technical boundaries, responsibility for coordinating the work can become fragmented. DEOB provides a defined point of contact for planning and coordinating agreed technical services.
How we work
We begin with the facility's operating context and the matter requiring attention. We establish the requested scope, determine which qualifications and examinations are appropriate, coordinate authorized providers, and document the agreed deliverables. Specialized engineering, field testing, or licensed work is performed by appropriately qualified professionals under the applicable agreement.
Continuity and readiness
Some technical needs are scheduled. Others arise after an unexpected equipment condition, operational disturbance, or project change. An ongoing advisory relationship can reduce the time needed to identify contacts, understand the facility context, and organize the next assignment. It is not insurance, emergency-response coverage, or a guarantee against interruption.
Accountability and limits
DEOB services are defined by written scope. DEOB does not replace a facility operator's legal responsibilities, a licensed professional's independent judgment, required testing or approvals, or filings with public authorities. A DEOB registration is a voluntary administrative record, not regulatory certification.
Discuss an advisory arrangement
For organizations managing one or several facilities, DEOB can discuss a defined technical advisory or coordination arrangement. Specialist services and third-party costs are scoped separately unless expressly included in writing.
