Registration does not determine
Regulatory compliance, technical fitness, certification, approval, or the outcome of a technical examination.
Inspection Testing does not automatically determine
Causation beyond the accepted scope, regulatory compliance, or matters not supported by the evidence examined.
SSCI analysis does not automatically determine
Plant control changes, operating authorization, or a requirement to implement a simulated command.
Data services do not determine
Facts beyond the authorized source scope, nor do they create rights to data that is not authorized for delivery.
Payment does not determine
Technical acceptance, completion, a finding, or report issuance.
