Additional Testing & Engineering Services
DEOB coordinates specialized electrical and computational-load testing, engineering studies, and independent technical investigations. Services may be performed directly where qualified or sourced through independent specialist providers, subject to scope, qualifications, availability and an agreed quotation.
DEOB can help define scope, identify qualified providers, request proposals, coordinate schedules and deliverables, and consolidate technical documentation. Listing a service does not guarantee availability, accreditation, pricing, or an existing partner engagement.

Other specialized testing or engineering services
If a required test or study is not listed, submit the technical scope, facility type, schedule and available records. DEOB can assess whether an appropriately qualified external provider can be sourced.
Technical testing and regulatory determinations are distinct. DEOB does not act as FERC, NERC, an accrediting body, or a government regulator. Final testing methods, standards and deliverables are established in the written scope with the performing provider.
